The School of Physiotherapy at Faculty of Health Sciences (FOHS) MAHSA University organized an Inbound Mobility Program from the 2nd of October 2022 to the 15th October 2022 for students from Sankalchand Patel University, Gujarat, India. A delegation of 14 students and 2 staff from Sankalchand Patel University, took part in this program. This program was a joint initiative between both institutions to expose Sankalchand Patel students and faculty to the current practices and issues of physiotherapy practice in Malaysia. On top of that, this program provides the opportunity for students of MAHSA and Sankalchand Patel University to exchange knowledge, experiences and more broadly, open their minds to global issues. This two-week programme was structured to provide experiential and immersive learning experience to the students throughout their stay in Malaysia. Accordingly, the program involved visits to physiotherapy clinics and rehabilitation centres, interactive lectures by FOHS faculty, and practical sessions delivered by our senior lecturers from the School of Physiotherapy. The closing ceremony was held on the 15th October 2022, and the delegates left Malaysia on 17th October 2022. We trust they had an enriching and memorable stay at MAHSA and we look forward to more collaborations with Sankalchand Patel University in the near future
