During the weekends and our free times, we went to San Kamphaeng Hot Springs with Professor Chatchanok, barbecue, night markets and also a few temples. We also enjoyed the local foods such as Som Tam, Mango Sticky Rice, Basil Rice, Tom Yum Shrimp and Green curry. Som Tam is a distinctive-sour and spicy dish that is made by using a pestle and mortar to crush and mix all ingredients together. It is also called as green papaya salad. We were as well extremely delighted to get to learn and taste Professor Chatchanok’s cooking.
