Kuala Lumpur International Book Festival 2023


On 31 May 2023, the May 2023 Intake Foundation students, accompanied by Student Central, embarked on an exhilarating field trip to the annual International Book Festival at the World Trade Centre, Kuala Lumpur. This much-anticipated event, organized by Student Central and led by Ms. Nur Fatihah, along with Ms. Siti Nurul Nadiya and Ms. Edlyn, aimed to celebrate literature and ignite the joy of reading among the students.

The Book Festival offered a literary paradise, featuring a diverse array of book exhibits from various publishers, authors, and genres. From fiction to non-fiction, poetry to children's literature, students and staff were captivated by the extensive collection of books on display. The exhibits were thoughtfully organized, creating an immersive experience for book enthusiasts.

Throughout the festival, several renowned authors graced the stage, sharing their writing experiences, inspirations, and insights into the publishing industry. Students and staff alike had the privilege of attending these captivating panel discussions and talks, gaining invaluable knowledge about the creative processes behind literary works.
