Corporate Strategic Partnership with TCS Group Holdings Sdn Bhd




Where construction is concern, distinguish names herald its strength profoundly and TCS Group Holdings Sdn Bhd takes precedence in this arena especially in their avant-garde approach to designing and constructing homes with a stately touch. MAHSA University is proud to be in a corporate strategic partnership with TCS Group Holdings Sdn Bhd as this collaboration will open an avenue for TCS to bring its organisation's interest in supporting the community through education especially in the construction industry.

Through this corporate strategic partnership, TCS Group Holdings will participate in the Endowment for Engineering Diploma Programmes which will carry the title TCS Scholarship. This collaboration will also provide graduate employability opportunities to MAHSA students through a graduate contract with TCS Group of Companies, as well as for Research and Development, while MAHSA provides Trainings and Microcredential Courses to TCS for staff development. Along with this, TCS Group Industry Awards will also be awarded to outstanding MAHSA Graduates. 

The agreement was signed on the 19th of May 2022 in the presence of Dato' Ir Tee Chai Seng, Founder of TCS Group Holdings Sdn Bhd, and present on behalf of MAHSA University were Professor Dato' Dr. Ikram Shah, Vice-Chancellor, Mr. Danny Chan, Group Senior Director for Corporate Strategic Partnership, Prof Dr Srikumar Chakravarthi, Director for Research, Innovation and Enterprise, Mr Matthew Keough, Director for Employability and Industry Partnership, Prof Dr. Gopal Natesan, Director of Equal, Tengku Asyraf, Chief Executive of Haniffa Business School, and Prof Dr. Veronica Chua, Director of Academics and Dean of Faculty of Health Sciences.

Both TCS Group Holdings and MAHSA University, look forward to bring the knowledge and awareness of Civil Engineering, Construction, Quantity Surveying to the general public and to hone the interest in this field of study amongst the upcoming generation.

Shattering Stereotypes: First Malaysian Indigenous Dentist

The Department of Orang Asli Development (JAKOA) recently extended their congratulations to Dr Tan Bee Hui, who became the first indigenous person to earn the title of Dentist. JAKOA's message was shared on their TikTok page (@jakoamalaysia) based on a post made by the Malaysia Orang Asli Students' Association (PMOA) on their Facebook page. Food Hygiene and Safety Study Tour to Yakult Factory in Seremban

On 28 July 2022, The Environment Health Department of   MAHSA University organised a study trip for the students of Faculty of Education and Health Sciences to   the Yakult Factory located at Oakland Industrial Park,   Seremban, Negeri Sembilan. Three lecturers and fifteen students from Environmental Health Department and Centre of Education and Language went on this trip.
