Dean of FOHS Keynote Speaker at 3rd Malang Occupational Safety And Health Annual Summit (3rd MOSHAS)



MAHSA University’s Dean of the Faculty of Health Science (FOHS) , Assoc. Prof. Dr. Veronica Chua was invited as a keynote speaker at the 3rd Malang Occupational Safety and Health Annual Summit, in Indonesia on 1st December 2022.

This event organized by Ministry of Health Indonesia’s Health Polytechnic of Malang (POLKESMA) was conducted virtually and registered over 200 participants.

At this forum Prof. Veronica gave a presentation on “Strategies for Overcoming Work Related Extreme Fatigue and the Effects on Hospital Workers”, covering short and long term effects of fatigue, detecting fatigue, risk assessment of fatigue among various groups of hospital workers and management strategies to address this problem.

The session was moderated by Ms. Ani Asriani Basri, S.KM, M.KKK and Ms. Nafilatul Fitri S.KM, M.KKK. At the end of Prof Veronica’s presentation there was an engaging question and answer session with the audience.
