The seminar began with an insightful presentation by glove expert Dr. Eng Aik Hwee, who discussed on “Selecting the Right Gloves”. This was followed by a demonstration on the correct way of donning and doffing gloves, 10 volunteers from the audience were invited to the stage to participate in the demonstration with Dr Eng. A small gift was given to each participant as a token of appreciation.

At the end of this session, a pop quiz of 15 questions was prepared for all the participants to join and answer as each question was flashed on the screen. The top 5 scorers received prizes prepared by MRC.

After a break, the seminar continued with a presentation by Ms. Anny Mary, former Deputy Director of the Nursing Division at the Ministry of Health Malaysia, on “Hand Hygiene in Healthcare Facilities”.
