Pitching Competition 2024



On March 24, 2024, a dynamic pitching competition unfolded, showcasing the innovative prowess of business students. The event, a melting pot of entrepreneurial spirit, drew participants from diverse backgrounds eager to present their visionary ideas. Each contender had the opportunity to succinctly convey their business concept, strategy, and potential impact to a panel of judges and fellow peers. The atmosphere crackled with anticipation as students articulated their ideas with passion and precision. From disruptive tech startups to socially conscious ventures, the pitches spanned a spectrum of industries and ideologies. Participants adeptly navigated questions and challenges posed by the judges, demonstrating not only their creativity but also their strategic thinking and adaptability.

As the competition unfolded, it became evident that the future of entrepreneurship is bright, with these budding innovators poised to make significant contributions to the business landscape. Ultimately, a select few emerged victorious, their ideas resonating profoundly with the judges and audience alike. Shattering Stereotypes: First Malaysian Indigenous Dentist

The Department of Orang Asli Development (JAKOA) recently extended their congratulations to Dr Tan Bee Hui, who became the first indigenous person to earn the title of Dentist. JAKOA's message was shared on their TikTok page (@jakoamalaysia) based on a post made by the Malaysia Orang Asli Students' Association (PMOA) on their Facebook page. PMOA shared this announcement on their social media on September 30th. Tan Bee Hui A/P Tan Boon Huat is MAHSA University Dental Faculty Alumni who successfully completed her Bachelor of Dental Surgery earlier this year. She received her early education at SJK (C) Kuala Rompin and SMK Rompin before continuing her studies at Kolej Mara Banting.
