Empowering Nurses: MAHSA Leads the Way in Patient-Centered Care

  MAHSA University recently hosted the 2nd Urban Vision event at Haniffa Business School (HBS), a pivotal gathering aimed at redefining the role of nurses in contemporary healthcare. The event, themed "Nursing the Future: Collaborating for Patient-Centred Care," was organised by the Faculty of Health Science, the Student Experience Student Success Committee, and the Partnership Office of MAHSA University. MAHSA University Extends a Warm Welcome to the Sudanese Ambassador

  On 19th January 2025, MAHSA University's flagship campus in Bandar Saujana Putra had the distinct honour of hosting His Excellency Hassan Abdelsalam Omer, the Sudanese Ambassador to Malaysia. The visit was part of our International Student Experience Day, themed "Sudanese Tradition: A Journey Through Culture and Heritage."  His Excellency engaged with our diverse student body, particularly the Sudanese students, in a celebration of cultural diversity and heritage.  Following a guided tour of the university, which highlighted our recent activities and achievements, the ambassador met with the Vice-Chancellor of MAHSA University, Professor Emeritus Dato' Dr. Ikram Shah bin Ismail. MAHSA University Kicks Off 2025 with a Bang: 8th Place in Unite the Nations Competition!

What a way to start the year! MAHSA University is already making headlines in 2025, securing an impressive 8th place in the Unite the Nations competition, part of the super cool Time Project. This fantastic achievement was driven by the passionate efforts of Dr. Vinibha Rajakumari Illankovan from the Centre for Pre-University Studies. The Time Project, originally launched by the UNESCO Associated Schools Project, is now organised by Time Project headquarters in Canada. It’s all about empowering youth to tackle the world’s biggest challenges and fostering a sense of global citizenship and cultural diversity. On 29 November 2024, MAHSA University students connected with peers from Taiwan, Poland, Canada, and India through multiple video conferences.
